About the Role
Monday.com is searching for a dynamic leader to head its Global Accounts Receivable (AR) team. This role is perfect for professionals with strong leadership experience, proven AR expertise, and a passion for building high-performing, customer-focused finance teams.
As Global AR Manager, you will oversee a large-scale AR collection operation supporting Monday.com’s fast growth towards exceeding $1B annual sales. The position requires strong managerial skills, team development, and strategic planning, along with the ability to deliver measurable KPI-driven results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a global AR team, overseeing collections, customer support, and lifecycle management.
- Define vision, expectations, and measurable targets to optimize AR performance.
- Build, train, and support a growing AR team across multiple regions.
- Deliver detailed KPI reporting and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage production planning to achieve consistent, accurate deliverables.
- Support scaling efforts as the company grows beyond $1B in sales.
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years of global AR management experience.
- Proven ability managing teams of 10+ employees across regions.
- Experience handling >$1B annual collections.
- Strong track record working with large customer bases.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
