Internship Summary

This role is designed for motivated students and early-career technologists seeking practical experience in software development, IT infrastructure, and AI-powered product development. Interns will gain direct exposure to web development, backend engineering, and cloud technologies while working closely with Zentrix’s founding team on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, and C#.
• Assist in creating and integrating RESTful APIs for efficient system communication.
• Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work on front-end projects using frameworks such as React and Express.
• Support database management tasks with MySQL and SQL.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure software quality and performance.
• Use GitHub and SVN for version control and collaborative development.
• Gain exposure to AWS and Azure for scalable application deployment.
• Help document technical specifications, processes, and user guides.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript frameworks and web development principles.
• Understanding of database systems (MySQL/SQL) is a plus.
• Experience with Git/SVN and exposure to Agile methods preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• Language requirement: English (Required).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
