• Currently enrolled undergraduate student in one of these fields: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
• Strong academic standing; eagerness to learn and take on responsibility
• Basic understanding of construction documentation, drawing interpretation, or technical specifications appreciated
• Good communication, proactivity, ability to work outdoors and in construction environments
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., or otherwise meet the employer’s requirements
