Dividend Music Group is seeking a motivated, organized, and enthusiastic intern eager to learn about music publishing and the live entertainment industry. This internship provides hands-on experience in the creation, management, and monetization of songs and the creatives behind them.
Learning Areas
- Song registration and file organization
- Coordinating songwriter sessions and handling travel budgets
- Assisting with publishing company organization and meeting prep
- Supporting songwriter development, including talent scouting and reporting
- Building relationships with internal teams and external administrators
Qualifications
- Current Bachelor’s or Master’s student, eligible for academic credit
- Strong passion for music and awareness of current trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram (required), plus Keynote/PowerPoint
- Organized and able to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
- Interest in learning new web technologies/software
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster required
