With over 15 years of experience, Brilliant works with clients across baby & maternity, toys & games, tech, food, and lifestyle brands.
This part-time internship provides real-world business development and marketing experience within a collaborative, innovative, and remote-first culture.
Responsibilities
As a Business Development Intern, you will:
- Support the New Business Development team with day-to-day sales tasks.
- Assist in developing and creating sales presentations for partners and internal teams.
- Research and build prospective client pitch lists.
- Contribute to social media content creation, posting, and reporting.
- Draft campaign copy, research materials, and marketing collateral.
- Collect and analyze metrics to monitor business development success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to the team.
Requirements
- Rising sophomore, junior, or senior.
- Prior internship experience in marketing or public relations.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Airtable, HubSpot, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and CreatorIQ.
- Ability to commit 15 hours/week during business hours.
Internship Structure
- Spring/Summer Session: December 15 – September 1 (flexible start and end dates).
- Commitment: 15 hours per week.
- Compensation: $250/month stipend for personal equipment and internet use.
- College credit may be available (check with your institution).
