Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Zoho solutions across multiple platforms such as Zoho Creator, CRM, Desk, Books, and Analytics.
- Create and implement functionalities like custom layouts, calculated fields, related fields, and forms.
- Manage data migration between Zoho applications and external systems.
- Plan and execute development roadmaps for project cycles.
- Integrate Zoho with third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Zoho workflows.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and create training materials.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic programming knowledge with the ability to interpret code snippets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
